Primrose School of Midlothian at Waterford and Swift Creek is looking for an Infant and ToddlerTeacher to work in our Early Childhood Private Pre-School. Our staff is committed to the well-being of each child and family, working together as a team, to provide a warm and welcoming environment. We are also a team committed to each other, aiding teachers in building their confidence and skill set while having fun as a family of educators together. Some of our staff outings have included dinners, paint nights, shows, sporting events, and a family trip to Busch Gardens!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
• Encourage children to develop positive social skills
• Work with the teacher as an active participant in the classroom
• Communicate with parents regularly about their children’s activities
• Collaborate with other educators and support the team as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom consistent with health codes

Experience:

• Experience working with children between 0-10 years old preferred
• Strong knowledge of early childhood guidelines and practices such as education, development, and care
• Good understanding of child development indicators and milestones

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
